Job Description
The Recruitment Specialist will manage and ensure the timely process of all Manpower Requests (MPRs) and recruitment activities for assigned clients of our company.
Responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment Process of all local and overseas requirements of the clients.
Recognize and strive to meet the client's hiring needs.
Develop and cultivate new client relationships into partnerships.
Follow the best practices in recruitment in order to increase the candidate’s experience.
Grow your knowledge and network to serve as an industry expert and go-to resource for clients and candidates.
Review the job description with clients and source profiles through different channels.
Screen applicant's resume against job specification and conduct iinitial/finalinterviews in coordination with requesting clients.
Draft, negotiate and finalize employment offers as per the policies and procedures of our company and our client's requirements.
Negotiate and release the offer to the short-listed candidate and review and analyze the recruitment progress reports.
Create and maintain a secure and confidential recruitment database and filling system, ensuring all necessary recruitment and security documentation on file.
Assist internal team members with existing accounts through knowledge and experience working in the recruitment system.
Provide the Team Leader / Manager with administrative support when organizing career fairs and other events; participate at relevant events and conferences, as needed.
Job Requirements
Age between 25 – 32
Degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience as a Recruiting Officer, Specialist, or Recruiting Coordinator.
Experience in staffing highly qualified professionals in various sectors. (Oil & Gas, Engineering, Healthcare, and other technical professions.)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Hiring databases.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
Excellent interpersonal & networking skills.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Strong IT skills are a must. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.)
Time management skills, including the ability to efficiently multitask when necessary.
Ability to correspond independently.
Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines.
Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
Team player with a pleasing personality.
